I’m Dr. Faith Washington, a licensed psychologist and executive leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in professional and clinical settings.
I deliver keynote speeches, serve as a mental health correspondent, facilitate group workshops/panels, and moderate book launches and Q&A sessions. I am open to presenting virtually or in-person in front of groups of all sizes and backgrounds.

Health Equity
Throughout my career, I have helped underserved communities gain access to mental health resources. With this firsthand experience, I have witnessed the struggles many marginalized people experience when seeking help for mental and behavioral health issues. In my speaking engagements, I discuss how we can develop more equitable health systems for all and what a future of equitable wellness looks like.
Improved Wellness
As many professional women know, personal wellness often gets put on the backburner when trying to manage a career, personal life, and home life. I want to help my audiences uncover strategies to enhance their well-being and to start prioritizing their own happiness.
Behavioral/Mental Health
We live in a society where we only discuss mental health after an illness is diagnosed. What if we took a more proactive approach to mental well-being as a means to avoid mental health crises and created a better framework for mental wellness for ourselves and our communities? Similar to going to your primary care provider for an annual physical, there are plenty of strategies to monitor and consistently take care of your mental health, even before there is an issue. Together, we can explore such strategies.
Technology Integration
In today’s digital age, technology offers a multitude of tools and resources to support your mental health journey. Examples include, exploring innovative apps for stress reduction, mood regulation, and education, virtual therapy platforms for convenient support, wearable devices for tracking, and managing your mental wellness and utilizing artificial intelligence. I believe that harnessing the power of technology can increase self-care and resilience in the lives of women.
Healing Together
I am a proponent of lifting one another up so that we can all succeed. Experts agree that having a sense of community comes with many benefits, including feelings of belonging, support, and psychological well-being. In my sessions, I explore how we can use community and other strategies to heal and thrive together.
Leadership Strategies
My goal is to help professional women find a balance between developing new strategies and skill sets and facilitating the assessment and reflection necessary to bring more purpose and meaning into their work and lives. I speak upon topics such as self care, stress reduction , work-life enrichment, and post-traumatic growth.
